CAPSULAR TENSION RINGS
Capsular Tension RIngs in PMMA ( Polymetyl Metakrylat) material with UV-filter. Is used to stabilize the capsule during cataract surgery. The rings come in different diameters and sections ( AC: round/ACS: square) and can be adapted to the capsular bags of each patient. The square section of the ACS ring prevents epitherial cells migration, reducing the risk of posterior capsule opacification.
